Token Metrics is a comprehensive crypto analytics platform designed to provide users with detailed insights, data, and investment guidance in the cryptocurrency market. As the Engineering Manager at Token Metrics, I played a pivotal role in transforming the platform's technology infrastructure. My primary focus was on improving the speed and availability of the platform while leading a team of 15 developers. I implemented agile methodologies to streamline our development process and introduced technologies such as Redis for efficient caching, Next.js and React.js for a responsive frontend, and Snowflake and Supabase for robust data handling. Additionally, I integrated Web3 and NFT login features to enhance the platform's security and user experience. These enhancements significantly boosted the platform's performance and user satisfaction.
